We have a wide range of equipment to fabricate most products. Our services include:

Shearing- Most of the sheet metal work starts out at one of our two Cincinnati shears.  The 12 foot shear cuts up to ¼” steel, and the 6 foot shear cuts up to 3/8” steel.
Punching- Two CNC Trumpf turret presses for all your punching needs.
Laser- Our Bystronic laser is capable of flat and rotary cutting. It can handle stainless steel up to ¼’’, carbon steel to 5/8”, and .09” on aluminum. It also cuts wood, UHMW, and other materials.
Machining- This small but vital department consistently puts out the precise machining necessary for metal fabricating.    The Haas machining center and two Bridgeport machines helps handle any machining job.
Forming - We operate 3 press brakes, the largest being a 14 foot 235 ton Cincinnatti brake.  Together with our skilled operators and variety of tooling, this department makes forming an art form.
Welding- Our Welding department has a reputation all it's own. We are known for the quality of our welds and pride ourselves on all of the good response we have received to the caliber of our workmanship in this department. Stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel weldments built to your design and specifications.
